We really wanted to work with KPR based on positive reviews. Unfortunately, we had several experiences with lack of communication from the rep, Scott. We felt very forgotten about and he lacked any kind of follow up for what was going on with our chimney. We will not be using Ken's again nor will be ever recommend them. It's been a disappointing experience and has put us behind several weeks on what we need to have fixed.

As we have discussed your current issue is due to your chimney needing a mason to repair it. This is something we do not do. Scott has recommended a few contractors to you whenever you call. It is my understanding they have contacted you. Again, this is work we do not do. We are not a general contractor and only work on roof, siding, gutters, and windows. Your issue is beyond that scope so we recommended mason specific contractors. Any work you were charged for by us was in regard to flashings. Unfortunately we do not have any more masons to recommend to you. I would be happy to discuss this further if you would like to call the office.Review from FRED K

We couldn’t be more satisfied with Ken’s Parkhill Roofing Co. and the excellent job they did replacing our roof. They showed up early with a large Employee crew. They were organized, efficient, and hardworking, completing the job on one day with everything from the house and yard protection measures, tearoff, venting, installation and cleanup, all done thoroughly and professionally. They even dismantled and removed our Christmas displays and re-assembled and installed them again at the end. The yard cleanup was thorough with magnetic sweepers to collect all unseen debris. Then came a visit from their rep the next day to verify our satisfaction and that there were no open issues or questions, all prior to asking for any payment. P.S. We got a followup visit to take care of the one remaining issue within 2 hours of the followup visit. Don’t skimp on cost with outfits that hire temporary non-employee crews, take payment up front, and drag their feet on completing and resolving open issues. We had a great experience with our roof tear off and replacement. The crew was professional, punctual and polite. The crew worked very well together and did the tear off and replacement in about 6 hours. They came back a second day to do the gutters. They were very neat and cleaned up great. Mr. ******* We were out last week to take a look and planned on coming tomorrow to do the repair. It has only been a week since you contacted us. I apologize for any inconvenience but the chimney is a stucco chimney and I wanted to wait for the appropriate weather.Review from kim g

Price was reasonable and workmanship was strong. Greg was professional and considerate with client. Supply chain challenges were communicated and timeline adjustments were made in a timely fashion.
