I was seen in the urgent care end of November 2021 and I tried to pay my $75 copay at time of visit. I was told there was no copay for Covid testing. In Jan 2022 I received a statement from Doctors urgent care requesting payment for my copay for the visit. I sent in payment immediately by writing my CC number down on the invoice and mailing it back. Next month received another statement and I called and was told no payment on file. I then went on their website and paid $75 again via PayPal. I realized I didn’t use the correct account number on the first payment and I had used the statement number instead so I corrected my mistake and paid via PayPal again. $150 was deducted from my PayPal. I called urgent care and asked them if they’d received the 2 payments and they said “no.” I was told to forward copies of the screenshots where I had paid so I sent them over email. Got another statement in the mail demanding payment with threats of being sent to a collection agency. I emailed ****** and she sent an email back stating that they’d received my payments and i had a zero balance. I requested a refund of 1 of the $75. ****** responded they sent my refund. In March 2022. I still haven’t received payment to date. Tired of the back and forth. Just want my $75 that I overpaid.
