      I accidentally subscribed to the Review times in Fostoria. I thought I was subscribing to the Courier in Findlay. They are owned by the same company and have the same format. I'm not looking for a refund, I'm just trying to cancel and get confirmation of it being cancelled. They are only open 6 hours out of the week and Im always at work. I have tried emailing and get no response. I'm going to get charged again in 2 days for something I never used and tried to cancel within 15 min of subscribing too. If I get charged on Jan 16th I would like to be refunded for that since I have been trying to cancel this subscription since Dec 16th, the day I accidentally subscribed!

      We have researched this complaint and found there were a couple errors on our part that caused the issue.  Mainly, staffing, workflow and communication issues caused the initial request to be overlooked.  We did see the second request in January but it was received by our customer service team after the payment processing date in January.
      We are going to refund that January charge.  The subscription for Review Times has been stopped.  
      The workflow issue is being addressed.  The staffing which caused communication at Review Times to be delayed or limited occurred during the holiday period and was driven by limited staff and time off needs during that time frame.  Internal communication was related to when the messages were received for Review Times here at the Courier where we handle most of Review Times’ transactions and we are reviewing that process for any possible improvements.
      Be assured we do our best to keep this type of issue from occurring.  Most customers know if they cannot reach someone at Review Times they can call or email us here at The Courier offices to help them with their transaction or issues.
