I do not know where to begin with this business other than warning people about it. I purchased my truck, a 2011 **** ranger, from Meade Motorcars January 12, 2024. When I was leaving the place, I was told by Mr. ********************** himself that if there is any problems to give them a call because they are not going to leave me hanging. I made my first payment on the vehicle on February 12, 2024 and called him Monday morning February 19, 2024. He answered the phone and I identified myself, told him when I bought the vehicle, made my first payment and that the brakes were shot on it. His response was very rude, "who told you that?" My response to him was, "you can hear metal to metal brakes." He was very rude to me again when he said, "you are about the 50th call I have had and its only Monday!" I proceeded to tell him again about the brake problem with the truck and he pretty much called me a liar, went as far as to say that there is a possibility of the brakes being tampered with and that is highly unlikely and went on to say that the vehicle was "completely gone over, including the brakes". I personally showed up on Monday February 19 and he was already gone for the day. I showed up Tuesday February 20 and he took me in the back office so we could discuss the problem. he, again, accused me of lying about the problem. I, again, told him that it was metal to metal brakes. He kept offering to have s**** m****** in fremont fix it. I said no and took it elsewhere. The problem was fixed by him to the tune of almost 1200. My problem with them is the fact I WAS LIED TO ABOUT THE VEHICLE BEING "COMPLETELY AND THOROUGHLY INSPECTED INCLUDING THE BRAKES.".......Anyone reading this, if you purchase a vehicle from him PLEASE take it to someone you trust to inspect it so you do not go through what I did.
