Aerocare calls all the time trying to sell me cpap supplies. They’re pushing their consumables items and then they put it in a lease category - I don’t have anything leased from them. Then they are trying to bill me monthly. I asked for a return label to send their junk back unopened. Was disconnected. Was put on hold. Was told they would call back. So apparently billing for a nosepad and filter. $65.92. I would recommend going to your local drugstore.Initial Complaint

I was contacted by *********** after a referral from my sleep specialist in order to purchase CPAP supplies. In the past, I have found it cheaper to buy supplies online myself vs. go through insurance, so when the agent called me that day, I expressed my concern to her about the end price on the phone. She checked into it while on the phone and told me that it would only be $20, less than what I pay when buying online, so I decided to proceed. Later, I then received a bill for $45.68. I called and explained the situation and the associate on the phone said that they would look into it. No response. The next month, I received a bill for over $60, because they added on a late payment fee. I called again. After a not-so-nice discussion, the associate on the phone said they would change it to $20 and that was the end of the discussion. Then I received a bill from a debt collector, for $20 on their behalf. So instead of sending me an appropriately adjusted bill to pay, they adjusted it and sent me to collections.
