  "What is your policy on Cancellations, Returns and Refunds?

  
  Depending on how long after ordering a customer inquires about canceling, will determine how we proceed with the cancellation process. Typically, only 50% of your order will be refunded if you cancel 24 hours or later after an order has been placed, to cover any costs that may have been incurred already. If you are unsatisfied with the product you received or it was damaged, you may write in to the contact page or write to us via email at AuraPureEssentials@gmail.com
  All Cancellations/Returns and Refunds shall be assessed individually."

   

  "Fulfillment & Shipping Policy
   
  
  All AuraPure Products are made fresh upon receiving each order.
  
  The shelf life of your product(s) can be determined using the Batch Number Identification that is located on the bottom of each product.
  
  All Preserved AuraPure Products have a shelf life from 9 months to one year when sealed and stored properly in a cool, dark space.
  
  AuraPure Products  that do NOT contain a preservative, can be stored in an area of low moisture in a dark, sealed container for up to two years.
  
  It is recommended to keep your AuraPure products in limited contact with moisture, water and outside bacteria, especially from unwashed hands for maximum longevity.
  
  
  
  Individual online order times for both pick up and shipping may take 1-3 weeks from time order is received. 
  
  For orders being shipped through USPS; Once orders have been fulfilled and tracking information has been added, your order should be delivered in about 2-5 days to allow time for the order to be processed with your mail carrier.
  
  Wholesale orders are completed and shipped 1-2 Weeks from time the order is received.
  
  Standard Shipping is available for $7 flat rate in the United States for Individual Orders. 
  
  Shipping Cost is TBD for Wholesale Orders depending on weight/quantity of items.
  
  Individual orders of $175 or more receive free standard shipping via USPS.
  
  Wholesale orders of $500 or more receive free standard shipping via USPS.
  
  International Shipping not available at this time.
  
  Returns are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please send in photos along with a written description of the issue within 24 hours of receiving your package and allow up to 48 hours for a response on how to proceed. 
  
  
  Upon placing a pick up order - Please be patient and check your email frequently for up to 3 weeks or until you receive a notification that your order is fulfilled and instructions on how, when and where to pick up your order.
