Purchased the **** **** XS. Used product twice daily as directed. After two days started experiencing SEVERE gastrointestinal distress, nausea and diarrhea. Severe enough that had to leave work secondary to the ongoing diarrhea. Contacted customer support for the refund guarantee. Offered to return open and unused bottles of product. Refund deducted portion of the purchase price for opened bottle. Order held 3 bottles with a fourth bottle included as a promotional item. The refund deducted the cost of the promotion as if it were part of the order.Business response

I've made 2 purchases from KaraMD. They sell vitamins and supplements. I noticed that they are charging sales tax. I live in New York State. I checked the internet and learned that New York does not charge sales tax on vitamins and supplements. First I called customer service and was told they have no control over the taxes charged. I then contacted the company through their website and was told someone would get back to me but no one did. I contacted them again through their website. Again no one has gotten back to me. If I am wrong I should be notified. If I am right I should be notified and adjustments should be made to their computer program so tax is not charged to NYS residents and I should be reimbursed the sales tax for my two orders.Business response
