      simple bath took out my bathtub/shower and installed walk in shower on 01/28 and 01/29/21. service tech (Logan) back on 04/13/21, 06/17/21, and 10/6/21 due to rust leaking out of side grab bar lower fitting. 1st and 2nd calls fitting cleaned out, 3rd call grab bar replaced. ok until 12/22. rust started leaking again . contacted Bill M******* at SB. I was told I would have to pay for the work since the installation had exceeded a year, however, this issue has been ongoing since shortly after installation. I feel they were just masking the problem to get past the one year. SB did provide a new grab bar. I do not feel I should have to pay for work since this has been ongoing. It appears that the fitting has not been properly sealed. I send email to Bill M******* on 03/06/23 and 03/20/23 if service comes out will they resolve the problem or just clean it out as in the past. I have not received a response.

      Bill and ***** discussed the situation by phone on 4/20/23.  Bill had responded to both of *****'s emails on 3/6 & 3/20.  He forwarded them to her again so she could see his responses. Bill has agreed to replace the grab bar (again) at no charge using a technique provided by Moen as a solution.   ***** agreed verbally to the solution.  She also agreed to remove the complaint.

      Simple Bath technician is scheduled on Thurs. 04/27/ 23 to install a new grab bar using a new technique. We are hopeful this will resolve the issue. However Bill from  Simple Bath said he could not guarantee that this new technique will work. I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint for now.
