This company ran a hard check on my credit that I did not authorize, then when I contacted them they said they only do a soft pull, and also informed me that they only do a hard pull when a person applies for a loan, but i wasn't even a member yet, how could i apply for a loan? The only reason I tried to open account is because I'm trying to rebuild my credit, and the last thing I would do would knowingly add a hard pull to open a bank account, I've open three other bank accounts with other institutions within the past three months and no one has done a hard pull, so why would I expect this Credit Union/ Bank to? I want this hard inquiry taken off my credit report pleaseBusiness response

I continually kept getting the credit union of ohio branch in parma ohio instead of the one in Columbus ohio and the same teller , ******** , kept transferring it tithe wrong person ! I have a $2,200 check from ******** ********* **** ********* that should have been received at the Columbus branch over three business days ago and they have stated it was not received which is not correct! I am demanding that the Credit union of ohio bank located in Columbus OH deposit my $2,200 check that I know is there.Business response

Ms. ****** has spoken to several Credit Union staff over the last few days. The phones are all on one line and calls go to the next available member service representative (which are located at multiple branches), unless you have a direct line. She has been given direct numbers to contact the Collections Dept and our VP of Finance. The $2200 check she was waiting for was received and posted on 8/21/2023. We are unable to post checks that we have not received, even if we are anticipating or verify they have been issued. She can contact our collections department at ###-###-#### or our VP of Finance at ###-###-#### if she has any additional questions or concerns.Initial Complaint

I was refused a refund illegally of $422 + dollars on a closed checking account ending in 3238 regarding a refund that was there since 09/03/2022 per Walmart online billing records .Business response

Complaint 18137346. The Credit Union received an email from Walmart dated 9/15 that stated they are refunding $422.04 and to allow up to 10 days for processing. The transaction date is 9/21 and the Credit Union received the refund on 9/24. Due to the account being closed it has to be posted manually. A refund of $422.04 was posted today 9/28.
