Our family set up a family membership with Skyzone in January 2022 in the amount of $64 per month. In May, we began receiving additional direct withdrawals in the amount of $45. Upon finding this error I reached out to them directly to have the payments stop, and canceled the membership. I am still receiving the $45 charges each month and they state that a 3rd party controls billing and they cannot correct the issue. The GM claims that they notified 3rd party, however the charges continue. I would like to request assistance in stopping these unlawful direct withdrawals from my checking account, and repayment.Business response
