I couldn't be happier with the job they did in my kitchen: new countertop, backsplash, outlets, sink, faucet, flooring, ceiling fan, and paint on cabinets and walls. They were so conscientious that they sanded the cabinet doors down to the wood (these were 1944 cabinets, so who knows how much paint there was).Always concerned with how happy I was with what they were doing, they never had a problem with making changes or corrections. They offered their expert input on materials and saved me from making what would have been a big mistake on my first flooring choice. Being a small company there are sometimes understandable interruptions to a continuous work schedule but their concern for and the quality of the job that they do more than offsets any inconvenience. I have recommended them to several of my friends.Review from Carla N

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Last Fall, I had a bad experience with an amateur “handyman” who had started renovating my bathroom. Alpha Property Services came in January of 2024 and removed everything that the handyman had done. They took it down to the studs and started over and completely renovated my bathroom. They put in new walls, flooring, vanity sink and stand and chest mirror, plumbing and a walk-in shower with ceramic tile walls. The finished product is beautiful and I love showing it off. The workmen were courteous, conscientious, capable and cleaned up after themselves. It was a very pleasant experience and the cost was reasonable and affordable. I was so satisfied with this company that I have hired them for another job and they are currently renovating my laundry room. I have also recommended them to several friends and family which I wouldn’t do if I wasn’t totally sure of their work.
