Sorry but there are several discrepancies that we need to addressed. After the first well was drilled, I spoke to one of the drillers and he told me what actually happened as they drilled. He told us they drilled down the 370+ feet, but were only able to get the casing down at 240ft. They were unable to push down any further or even pull the casing out. He then said they back filled the rest with gravel to see if that would help with the issue of not being able to get down to the desired depth for the casing. I believe this is the main reason why the first well was unsuccessful with not being able to get the casing down far enough. Another issue was the drilling location was never tested to ensure it was strong enough of a vain. They just pulled the rig to the approximate location we suggested. We are paying a lot of money for this new house and this well, we expect for your knowledge and expertise to point us in the right direction (just like the second well). On the second well, I see you have a 1 1/2 HP pump, but testing the electrical pull from the well pump, it indicates you only installed a 1HP pump. The current electrical pull from the pump is 7.9 amps. With the 1 1/2 HP pump it would pull 10 amps. That right there is almost a $1500.00 price difference between the 1HP and 1 1/2HP pump. You can review the amp draw from Pentair wire schematic: https://www.pentair.com/content/dam/extranet/nam/industrial-flow-technologies/flow/ift-asset-library/manuals-lit-fulfillment/berkeley/p11854ws-b-pocket-guide-06-14-18.pdf I have been reaching out th ******** for over three weeks and haven't received a single phone call or a email reply to review the issues with the wells. I have to finalize my contruction loan and this is costing me money for the delays.

They are trying to charge me double what they estimated when they had to do less work than estimated

Mr. ***** called me at 8:30 pm on Saturday May 28th 2022 saying we had over charged him. I politely said I was not in the office and would look at his invoice on Tuesday. He started swearing at me and I told him that was disrespectful and rude and told him to stop. He went on and on so I hung up.

I called Mr. ***** back today and told him an error had been made on his invoice and I have corrected it. I apologized to him and told him the correct price and mailed the corrected invoice.
