We are 80 yr olds. My husband is on continuous oxygen and went there for lab work. He waited one hour plus and unfortunately ran out of oxygen on his Inogen. The lab tech said they did not have oxygen. As a nurse I know this cannot be true. Unfortunately he had to leave without getting lab in work done. Another sad thing is the food at St Luke's has greatly deteriorated. It used to be very good until MClaren took the hospital over. Why mess up up a good thing?

They won't test you. They wont check you. They won't consult your other doctors. They will literally take your baby from you because they THINK it is what's best. You will be on penicillin for Bstrep and if your baby has marks on him, beware. They will force you to make your baby stay in a NICU for 6 days to be tested and poked and prodded. They won't send anything they did over to the NICU, so the nicu ends up testing your baby TWICE for stuff. Causing him pain and grief. Less than 24 hours being born for a spinal tap, for nothing. You will never have tested for herpes. You never had herpes. But since it "looked" like it, they will say oh well and it's for the best. 6 days in a nicu where I couldn't cuddle or fall asleep with my baby because he was hooked to monitors. FOR NOTHING. I CANT EVEN SUE ST. LUKES BECAUSE THE STATUTE IS 1 YEAR. YOU HAVE RUINED ME. I HAVENT SEEN A DOCTOR IN TWO YEARS. I AM SCARED. YOU MADE ASSUMPTIONS THAT WERENT EVEN BASED ON MEDICAL. YOU NEVER SPOKE TO MY OBGYN. YOU NEVER CHECKED ME. YOU NEVER TESTED ME. I NEVER HAD HERPES. I HATE YOU. ST. LUKES NEEDS TO ROT. The old lady nurse on April 1st, 2020 that did this needs FIRED. THE PEDIATRICIAN NEEDS FIRED. THERE WILL NEVER BE AN APOLOGY BIG ENOUGH FOR THIS.

They are going to say they spoke to me to try to help but he didn't. ****** did not help me one bit. He tried to empathize and tell me that St. Luke's had every right to LOOK at something and assume before testing or questioning me about my baby. I tested NEGATIVE. I DO NOT HAVE ****** AND I NEVER HAD ******. St. Luke's does not care about you and never will.
"Empathy" was not in your tone. I understand you have to defend your hospital, ****** but you did it all wrong.
