      Wow, I am less than a year with Progressive paying the lowest premium I’ve had in a while, and a deer just totaled my 2023 RAV4 hybrid. Every person I dealt with at progressive was kind, courteous, and efficient. They were generous in every way, including the payout! They daily kept me in the loop on what was happening on their end. The wreck happened out of state for me, and the agents, though from different states, were on top of what needed to happen for each of the states: wreck-NY, home-FL, new car purchase-PA. I am grateful and impressed.

      I was in a automobile accident on August 30, I was late on my payment that month so it had cancelled on the 19th. I only get paid once a month bc I'm on disability. The first fell on a weekend so I got paid on the 30th. Around noon that day I was leaving to go pay my mortgage before leaving I paid to reinstate my insurance. 1 mile down the road I was in a accident that left me unconscious. I was transported by ambulance to the emergency room. My phone my purse were all left in the car and I did not get my belongings until the following day. They denied my claim saying I paid it 28 minutes after the accident. I had to have surgery on my left arm left breast and didn't know what happened until the next morning. For the past 2 years I paid my insurance early every month as soon as my check dropped it was the first thing I paid even tho I had automatic taken out I paid it before it was due. My bank shows pending at 11:58am. I'm about to loose everything bc they altered the time of payment. Then I get a letter saying it never was paid at all when I ask for that payment back they refused stating the month of August is over and they could not refund a payment for a month that I had coverage. If I had coverage.

      Progressive is the PITS !!! Poor customer service and their commercials are laughable and ridiculous. The dark haired girl reminds me of "Elvira, Queen Of Darkness" Please people, read All the reviews and discover they are Only One Star out of five!! BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!

      I wanted to recognize Sharday, she's a customer service representative who assisted me this afternoon. Sharday's CS skills are stellar, she was professional, friendly, "bright" meaning she was upbeat and positive and she addresses my issues. I'm up for renewal, because of this pleasant exchange, I will be renewing my policy. I reached out to her supervisor to share, I left a message on her VM. Thank you Sharday ?? well done! I hope someone shares this review with you and maybe a little bonus in your pocket!

      We have been using Progressive for about 3 years now and they are hands down the best auto insurance company. We experienced some fraud on our bank account (unrelated to Progressive) which unfortunately caused our auto policy to relapse. I just got off the phone with their automated system and wow....that was the absolute BEST automated system I have ever worked with. Incredibly thorough, no wait time, quick processing, and policy reinstated within minutes. Don't get me wrong, I do love a goos human interaction but when the automated system is THAT good, I'd rather talk to AI than a human who takes 3x as long. Bravo, Progressive. Thank you for amazing coverage and epic service.

      Stay away from Progressive. As a long time customer of progressive, I was beyond disappointed and disgusted with the way I was treated after trying to file a claim to have a broken windshield fixed. My glass claims adjuster, Sheena, did not return a single call or message that I sent her to try and find out why progressive was telling the glass company they couldn’t verify coverage, even though I had full glass. After 3 days will no word, I finally asked for a supervisor who informed that they determined the damage was pre-existing so they wouldn’t cover it. The 6 years I had progressive, I filed two claims, for cracked windshields, I always paid my bill on time and in full. What an absolute waste of time and money. Don’t go with Progressive. You are nothing but a number to them.

      After accepting "full liability" for an accident, my car was declared a total loss. A week later they offered me pennies on the dollar as a settlement. When I showed them that there isn't a single comparable car in the entire country for anywhere near the price they offered, they still refused to budge. I'm out at least $1000 if I want to buy the same year make and model. Absolutely terrible company!

      My credit score has been lowered due to a bill I never knew about from 6 Progressive Insurance. Because I was hacked and lost my home, bank account and phone number among other things, I chose to pay the $81 as soon as I saw it rather than deal with what would be a real headache. I asked that it be reported paid right away. It is still on my credit report. I thought this might get their attention because I have had excellent credit all my life. Even during some not so positive circumstances. Thank you for this opportunity. Sincerely, ***** *
