The initial transaction occurred on May 7, 2024 when I paid $519 to Denise ***** who is the owner of healthy solutions MD in mentor, Ohio. I was promised that I would receive weight loss medication (phentermine) every month for three months. I received the medication in May, but I have not received Medication for June for which I was promised. I have reached out to the business owner, Denise *****, who continues to make excuses and not fulfill her promises. I am seeking a refund for the two months membership that I have not received medication for. I reached out to Denise ***** via text and phone and, even though she has responded, no resolution such as a pro rated refund has taken place. I have asked for her to send me their refund policy, but I have not received that communication. She claims that they do not offer refunds, but that was never communicated when I first signed up on May 7, 2024.Business response

The above client did purchase a weight loss plan that includes that medication as indicated. Per our refund policy we do not give refunds but rather we give store credits. The problem that the customer had with getting her medication has to do with medication being out of stock which is completely out of our control. We tried to work with her to have her RX sent to another pharmacy but she refused and wants a refund. We also told her that we could give her a store credit that could be used for the many products and services that we offer in our facility but she refused to even get on the telephone with me. She would not answer my calls and said that she would only text. She threatened to report us to BBB if I did not send her the copy of the refund policy, which I did send to her. This complication did not just happen to her, but to all of our customers who were scheduled that week, nonetheless the other customers worked with us to find a mutual solution to this very unfortunate problem.Initial Complaint

I started subscription and cancelled via email as my email instructed me to 30 days prior to the new subscription starting. My card got charged $585 for a subscription I cancelled. I have emailed them 5 times now and gotten no response back. There is no phone number to contact them.Initial Complaint

I went to Healthy Solutions MD in Mentor Ohio on 3/15 for weight loss treatment, I was told if there was any issue or I wasn't a candidate I would receive a refund. After they did my labs they came back with some issues and I was unable to receive the weight loss treatment, I immediately asked for a refund since I was unable to receive the treatment that I had purchased. After several attempts to contact via , phone, text. FB messenger and email for a refund I finally received a text on 4/2 stating that I would receive the refund minus the cost of the labs, Dr. appointment plus the 3% fee. Which they never stated at the initial consultation that there would be a 3% fee if there was a refund issued. In the text it stated that it should hit my account in 5-7 business days and as of today 4/12 I have yet to receive a refund.
