I stayed at the ************************************************************, ********************************************* for one night on August, 25, 2023.Upon approaching my room (#***) the evening of Friday, August 25, 2023, I noticed the door was open. Due to security issues, I notified the front desk immediately and the response was, the cleaning lady probably forgot to pull the door closed.I also noticed that one of the side entrance doors was propped open with a large rock. For security reasons, I moved the rock and closed the door. And, notified the front desk.Upon entering the room, I noticed the sheets on both beds had not been changed. The sheets and blankets on both beds were dirty/stained and had hair on them. I immediately reported these issues to the one staff member on duty at the front desk. Her response regarding the dirty sheets was She sometimes doesnt change the sheets, referring to the cleaning person. She proceeded to retrieve two sets of sheets from the housekeeping closet and gave the sheets to me to change my own beds. I asked to speak to a manager, and I was informed that she was the only person working. We couldnt be moved to another room because we were told that the hotel was sold out. And, I checked and the hotels in the area were sold out also, so we couldn't check in at another hotel.The room was dusty/dirty and there were bugs on the air conditioning ************* The hallways appeared as though they havent been vacuumed in weeks/months and were full of dead bugs. The ice bucket was disgustingly dirty and left in the bathroom.On Saturday, August 26th, I once again, went to the front desk to speak to a manager. The person at the front desk informed me that the manager was sleeping because she worked the night before. I let her know that we were highly dissatisfied with the multiple security issues, the uncleanliness of the rooms and the hotel and the lack of response or concern from the hotel staff and management to resolve these issues. I asked the person at the front desk to please take my name & phone number and have the manager call me as soon as possible. She wrote down my information and said she would ask the manager to call me. As of this writing, I have yet to hear from anyone from the hotel. I also completed the online survey that I received noting all these issues and as of today I have not heard from anyone.I sent a letter to their corporate offices on August 30, 2023 to make them aware of these issues and to date I have not heard from anyone.I am requesting a full refund of the full amount of $121.83.
