I bought a set of reloading dies from this company, late last year, I returned the full,length sizing die which I felt was defective, I sent it USPS Priority Mail to this company with an explanatory note asking them to inspect it since, as far as I was able to tell, it was defective. I never heard anything back from this company and finally got someone on the phone after several attempts. This person told me that my reloading die had been sent to the gunsmith for evaluation, Several weeks later I called and e-mailed but am unable to get any response from this company. I am 70 years old, a retired military member and a disabled veteran. Tonight I ordered a replacement reloading die which cost me $86.44
