The fencing installed by this company approximately 6 years ago is literally falling apart. I was assured that when this fence was installed it would last over 20 years.

We advise all customers whom get a wood fence that the fence needs to be stained (that is how they last for up to 20 years). If wood fence goes unstained within a few years the wood will begin to go bad. We are not responsible for any fence that was not maintained after so long.Customer response

I was never advised to paint, stain or seal my wooden fence. Had I been advised of this I would have done exactly that. I was told that the fence would last over 20 years without doing anything to it. And just how would I have painted below ground level? The problem reaches below the ground where the posts are rotting below the ground level.
