Got a very reasonable quote on cutting back 4 trees. The guys arrive on time, got the job done quickly, and did an excellent job of cleanup- raking the whole yard, and hauled all the cuttings away. Would definitely recommend. Janet, XeniaReview from Julia F

Perfect Image efficiently and cleanly cut down a dead 70ft Elm tree in the back corner of my yard which was mixed in with other healthy trees and close to 3 neighbors split rail fences. The team expertly got the tree down with no damage to surrounding trees or fences. Amazing team, professional, responsible and reasonably priced! I thought this was going to be a difficult job but they made it look easy! Highly recommend!!!Review from Patti C

I have had Perfect Image Tree and Mulch do two tree jobs , one July 2021 and one April 2023 and have been completely satisfied. I had a maple front yard tree overhanging onto the house roof and an old fence line of hackberry trees that have been neglected with one overhanging my shed roof. Randall Overholser has done what he said he would do and completed the jobs when he said he would. He pointed out some things that needed attention that came to light while working and took care of them when I gave the OK.Review from Paula R

Randy and his crew stopped by today and gave me an estimate on trimming 2 maple trees, as it turned out one need to come down. I was very pleased with the work including the clean up. The crew worked together to get the work done. I highly recommend.Review from Randy S

They handed flyers out in our Cincinnati neighborhood. I called and had them give me an estimate to trim and cable a tree. They came right away and seemed to do decent work, though the cabling technique was different than I have had done by our arborist in the past. Randy said he set the cables lower than they need to be, as there was evidence of cracking between the trunks, and he wanted to make sure that stabilized first. He said he would be back on October 30th to move the cables to the permanent height in the trunks. He did not show up. When I called, he had excuses that sounded plausible and said he would be back by the following Thursday. He didn't show up. Another call, more excuses, and more promises "I'll take care of you". It is now the middle of January. I left four voicemail messages asking for an update as to his intent. They know my number now, so they obviously don't answer the phone. In as much as he doesn't seem willing to communicate with me, I can only conclude that he took my money, but has no intention of coming back to finish the job. A shame. Seemed like a nice young man, but this is an unacceptable business ethic.
