I paid 500.00 for microblading and they ruined my faceBusiness response

This service was provided by an independent contractor that rents a space in New Phases Cosmetics. The client has already been offered a refund. The customer has not responded back to this message. I will ask the contractor to release the funds back to the customer via the payment method that she used to pay. However I would like to note this customer has refused to allow the contractor to provide the complimentary perfection session to make adjustments to her brows, has no showed to multiple appointments and canceled others. She has never advised of what she is unhappy about regarding her brows (too big, too dark, to small, etc.) but has called the business the to lash out (5 months after her appointment), write a bad review on Google, text the independent contractor that her face is ruined, and utilize someone else's Facebook to slander the independent contractor. When the refund is released we ask in return that the harassment stops.Customer response

The refund was initiated to the MasterCard that was used to pay ending in 3796 on May 31, 2022. The refund is for both the deposit initially put down and the entire cost of the service that was paid the day of the appointment five months ago. Per usual with refunds they can take 7 to 10 business days to show in one’s account The confirmation of the refund is attached.Business response
