Bought a new cap one week ago had to take it back because driver side tool box door making a loud snapping noise when opening. When he was taking screws out he broke them , he trued adjusting but has made it worse . He said he can’t fix , I said it’s unexepytable . He walked away and said he can’t fix . This is a brand new work cap .Business response

The concern abought the door making a clicking noise when opening is a very common occurrence and normally corrects itself with use.
