Originally I thought it was a good company but as soon as the ACTUAL INSTALLER came in some of the selling points like insulating around window frames and other small details went out the window.Then after noticing small details it was difficult to get them back after payment was made.As far as WARRANTY work goes they do honor that but it was not real quick.And as time goes on GETTING the CORRECT PART or all of them had become CONTENTIOUS and Timely to ACQUIRE from them.Kind of a don't bother us attitude.AND HERE I AM because the ***** apparently DOES NOT CARE TO RESPOND TO MY CONCERNS.Or even SHOW UP to see the **** JOB an installer tried to pull off with the WRONG PRODUCT he himself came here to RECOMMEND and WRITE the order up.NOW no response back yet.It's a SHAME really.The ORIGINAL PRODUCTS have held up STRUCTURALLY anyway.Mechanical parts have worn and I have CHOSEN to replace those myself when supplied by them for my Convenience.ALTHOUGH NOW it seems MY LIFETIME WARRANTY on parts may be as hard to acquire as a HUMAN ORGAN would be.FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.OR FOR THE YOUNGER MORE CURRENT RICH CUSTOMER.WE TOOK A SECOND CHANCE on them And it failed miserably on install and little INTEREST by the *****.OUR FRONT DOOR which was LITTERALLY just in need of the DOOR ITSELF and the **** unused and DISCARDED due to the fact it PHYSICALLY was WRONG and impossible to install.And PERSONALLY written up by the ***** was WAY OVERPRICED and REIMBURSEMENT for that MISTAKE Which I agreed to JUST TO END MY FRUSTRATION was INADEQUATE and Extremely LOW considering the END RESULT.AND NOW my frustration continues and I am here Writing this due to the fact that they are REPEATEDLY DROPPING THE **** and taking a WELL THATS WHAT THEY SENT US FOR YOU.WE GET WHAT WE GET Attitude now.I will PERSIST in holding them to THE WARRANTY .AND NOW let them install any and all necessary WORN OUT or BROKEN Hardware THEMSELVES .LIFETIME WARRANTY ?

Home Exteriors (HE) replaced the roof more than 10 years ago. I hired them to replace 6 of total 11 windows that were over 25 years old. It took from May to December 2023 to get windows manufactured by ********, which is a long wait time but obviously not a fault of HE. Once they arrived, HE has installed them promptly. ***** and **** did an excellent job in just 2 days despite a cold and wet weather. ***** discovered that the delivered moulding was too narrow for my windows and quickly brought the right one next day without losing any time. After the installation was complete, HE sent a *************************** to paint the internal windows surfaces to match other trim in the house. It took him long time to complete due to his health condition but he did a great job. I just hope ****** recovers from his illness quickly. The cost of replacement has been quite high but slightly lower than estimates from two other companies. Thanks Home Exteriors for your great job!

The windows that were installed are great!!! The installers were very professional and I would highly recommend them!!
