The firm promised us a tree in 4-5 weeks on 5/23/2022. As they still cannot deliver a tree, cannot locate a tree, and we have asked for a full refund. We received no goods and waited 4 months so want a refund. We paid $1,601.09. We have asked the merchant to refund this in full. Today is 9/19/2022.Business response

I have attached three different screen shots of communication with the customer.
On June 2nd, 2022, the customer agreed to a Fall planting in order to receive the larger size tree; and decided to forgo the planting of a smaller size tree within the 4-5 week period they mentioned in their complaint. We stated that our production manager was misinformed on information they received, and let them know that we did have a tree ordered for them; but our suppliers were not able to harvest (dig up) it at the time we had expected. They chose to continue to ask for a refund, even with this clarification.
On September 19th, 2022, at 4:11pm, we stated that we would be refunding her the deposit amount of $1,609.09. We also stated that this is not something we do, as tree sales are final, but we felt it was in our best interest to move forward with the refund. Also, on September 19th, 2022, at 7:45pm the customer responded back thanking us for the refund which is the same time that their complaint was posted On September 20th, 2022, at 12:58pm, we issued the refund, and have told the customer that it takes approx. 5-10 business days for refund to process (October 4th, 2022 will mark 10 days).Let it also be noted, that at the time of asking for a refund it wasn't the Fall planting season they had agreed to.
