First time with Glass Affects, LLC was in November of 2022 to clean our windows, it was at this appointment ********* recommended window tint for our windows - they are large, let a lot of morning sun in and she mentioned our LVP flooring could be affected by the sun causing floor and furniture fading. We decided to have the lower level of the house done (stage one) with the upstairs to be done at a later date. In April of 2023 we reached out to Glass Affects because of a haze that developed on the tint, at first we thought they were dirty but that was not the case. I have attached communication with Glass Affects in our photos and have never been contacted or issue resolved at this point we would like a refund and figure out what it is we need to do to have this problem rectified. We think waiting over six months is being patient and understanding, but we are surprised we have been ignored to resolve this issue, which makes us suspect at the quality of the product that was installed. We are hoping to have this issue resolved without the need to file in small claims court.Business response

Hello! ****** has contacted me several times in regards to her window tint being hazy. I have responded and let her know that I would be happy to come look at it but didn’t know how soon I could get there due to it being a very busy window cleaning season and in return she assured me that she understood my situation and would be willing to wait for me to come by to check it out. All correspondence from her has been through Facebook messenger which I do not check regularly… as you can see my last message to her was asking for her actual phone number so I could reach out to her to come by the next day in which she never did respond. I do intend to come check out her tint asap.
