Reynolds Pool and Spa LLC serviced our Master Spa on April 25, 2022. A new pump was installed and our water was drained. Also, measurements were taken for our custom hot tub cover. We were given a time frame of 4-6 weeks for the arrival of our new cover. We reached out the second week of May to check on our cover. On May 9th we received a text message stating it should arrive within 2 weeks. It has now been over a month and we have not heard anything. No one will answer our phone calls, text messages or emails. We have left numerous voicemails and text messages. We would just like to know when our cover would arrive. However, this has now made us curious to if it was even ordered.Customer response
