So I had a panick attack on 3/1/2023 and went there to schedule an appt to be seen. They had time for an emergency visit to be seen. Although it's actually to be screened. So I got through the appt and I went the window to pay and they said it was free because of it being treated as a crisis. They scheduled me for next appt which I went to. They wanted me to pay up front before ever being seen. I said no. And in fact it was just another screening. Not to see an actual doctor. So I left and said I would go to my family doctor. All of a sunnden I get a bill for their service. Not happening. You don't get to change your mind because I refused to be treated like a dog and waste time and money. So now I have a bill that clearly is them trying to steal money from patients.Business response

Thank you for bringing your concern to my attention! I would ask that you call Pathways Counseling Center at 419-523-4300 and ask for **** ***** as she is the billing specialist at Pathways Counseling Center. She will review your billing statement with you and make any corrections necessary.
