Last summer, I retained ***** to install siding on chimney due to issues with the existing brick and to replace the roof. Siding install was sucontracted to Prosiders but all arrangements made by ***** and payment made to *****. During a wind storm in December (just a few months after the work was completed), a section of siding blew off the chimney, scratching the new sky light. Called ***** on Dec 28, left message. Dec 30 called Prosiders, and Paul said it was going to be to hard to fix but he would come in a few days. He never showed. Jan 6 ***** called back, I told him about the siding, the scratched skylight and an additional issue of water leaking between the gutter and the new shingles, He said he would repair on Jan 10. The weather was bad that day so he said he would send someone when weather was better. No one ever came. Texted ***** on Mar 15, Mar 28, Apr 20, May 12. No response at all. Tried calling several more times but "mailbox is full", now phone not accepting incoming calls. ***** is totally unresponsive and i have tried every possible way to resolve this. Please help.Business response

After cancelling on January 10 due to weather, I did go on the 11th or 12th with one of my employees and did a repair. It was my bad I did not leave a door tag informing her we had been there.
I have been in contact with the home owners and I am scheduled to call her tomorrow, May 19 to see when we can go over to her home when she is there and complete any necessary repair.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. Whatever he said was repaired in January was not repair of the actual issue. The owner did contact me and scheduled a visit to view the extent of the ongoing issue. He sent a crew to do the actual repair on May 23. Following the repair, I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
