Darren was great to work with. We are currently now on our second project working together. The first was a porch repair and replacement. He did a phenomenal job on my porch, it is as good as new now! I high recommend Darren. He was responsive and just an all around great person to work with.

BIG mistake!! Darren never showed up when promised and did not even had the courtesy to call. I was told the job would begin Monday. No one came. Around 6:00 pm, Darren showed up and brought the contract. That's when the price went up from the initial verbal quote because 'I misunderstood'. That was just the beginning of the misunderstandings. On the first day of actual work, the crew showed up at 6:00 pm and worked until after dark, around 10. Darren then showed up unexpectedly and demanded the full contract price. I explained i did not have the cash available, since I expected the job to take longer, he was angry. When I asked that he wait until morning, he threatened a lawsuit and lien against my home. After an unpleasant scene,we both calmed down and he left. When I looked at the jobsite the next morning, more than half the work remained undone. The crew did not come back the next day until after noon. Darren was supposed to come around 6:00 to review the work done. He did not show up but called around 9:00 pm. The work was being done due to a notice by the city. I called the inspector since I was having misgivings. He came the next morning,while the crew was working and explained issues with the job. Darren showed up while the crew wrapping up and again DEMANDED the money. When I asked that he wait until the next day at 10:00 am for the inspector to approve the job. He again started to threaten a lawsuit and a lien in a very aggressive manner. I caved in and paid him with the stipulation in writing he would correct anything the inspector found wrong. I hope the inspector does not find anything wrong, because I NEVER want to deal with this man again. I cannot recommend this company for anything! I found them unreasonable and difficult to deal with. Life is too short for these kind of hassels

I apologize that you were not happy with my companys work and 'punctuality'. However, I personally told you we were completing another job up and would TRY to get to you by Monday or Tuesday. Which we did. Also, you insisted we started when we did, due to the inspector coming the following day, & that is why my guys made sure to come to do your job at 6pm, after working all day prior, to finish up the first job we were already on, prior to you contacting us. My guys worked until after dark to get your job done for you, at your request, prior to the inspector coming. I am not exactly sure what you mean by me changing or increasing the price due to you 'misunderstanding' bc the only time the price changed or increased was when you added more work onto the order. Unfortunately, we have to charge for the extra materials and work performed. Also, I did not "demand" anything from you, I only asked you for the final payment for the work completed, per our agreement. Which you refused to pay. You verbalized that you were in a pinch to get the work done quickly, per city violations. But once I had my guys work over time and above and beyond for you, you said you couldn't pay us bc the work had been done "too quickly". I personally paid for your materials "out of my pocket", and didn't even charge you for changing the paint color AFTER my guys had already completed painting it the first time. And then you stated you had the money, but didn't want to give it to me, as you joked and laughed about it. My guys had just worked 12+ hour days to get your job completed on time, and just wanted to get paid and go home, as you laughed and played games with the money that you owed, and for no apparent, 'valid', reason. I made sure to get everything completed, on time, and correctly for you, and I had told you I always warranty the work I do, which I always stand by and honor. Again, I apologize if you were not happy and we could not do enough for you. Have a good day.

Indoor/Outdoor Home Repairs repaired my deck in a timely professional manner. Darren and his dedicated team worked overtime even in the rain and did an awesome job. I'll definitely consider Darren for future home repair work.
