On April 4, 2022, I placed order and paid DYI a total of $$1,691.91, Order #********. Upon receipt of the order three kits were missing. The boxes had heavy damage. I reported the missing item and jessica sent replacements. The replacement didn’t arrive in time for my workers to use them. The workers weren’t able to use two additional kits because the thread on the screws was dented/damaged and the bolts won’t screw on past the dents. Anyway I returned the two poles I couldn’t use because of the damaged kits and the three poles with the missing kits. DYI refused to issue a refund saying the returned items weren't usable. DYI sells the poles individual for $43.99 each so they are reusable and an item that DYI current sells. I’m requesting a refund for the three poles I returned for $219.95 and the two poles I returned that were unusable due to the defective Screws in the kits for $375.98. The credit card dispute has been finalized and was awarded to us. Due to this information, we have issued a refund of $595.93 per customer request. The refund was processed on 07/09/22.Customer response
