If i could give them a zero i would. They do not deserve the 1 star because we were lied to and they are untrustworthy in my eyes. Never again would i go back there. Liars.liars.liars.Review from james W

I bought a boat new at Buckeye Sports Center. For three years I had the engine winterized while it was under warranty. Upon doing the maintenance myself in the fourth year I discovered that I was charged for 5 quarts of oil every time for an engine that takes 1.8 quarts. Also charged for fuel treatment which would have been a couple of ounces at the most. I probably paid for a complete bottle, 4.98. Never received the remainder. 14$ shop supplies? I paid for someone to use a shop rag? Totals for three years, 217$, 278$ and 318$!!!! Upon calling Buckeye and speaking with service manager and parts desk I was told that my engine is lumped in with other sized engines and all pay the same in that group. Also that this is an industry wide practice. Beware! 300$ for a oil and grease change. I want to think I paid for someone's else oil, but I'm sure that they paid for their own 5 quarts if that was needed. The truth is Buckeye pockets the rest.
