I was given a gift certificate to Salvatore Capelli Salon by my two sons for Christmas 2019. The expiration date on it is 12/24/2024. It was for $100 and was so generous and thoughtful of them because they know I rarely splurge on things like that for myself. When I had planned on making an appt., Covid arrived in March of 2020 and hair salons and spas shut down. I received my Covid vaccines when I was eligible. However, due to having an autoimmune disease and being immunocompromised, I waited to start using this certificate until 2022 when I felt it was safe to do so. I had manicures twice and had 42.70 remaining on the certificate. I made multiple calls a few weeks ago to make another appointment. The computerized message I received each time said my call could not go through and to try again. Thinking that perhaps their number had changed , i called the operator and was told it was correct. Eventually, I called the Levis Commons office number to see if the business was still there and I was told it had shut down in Nov. but they had no follow up info, other than telling me that the owners name was ***** ******** (*******? Unsure of spelling) I would like to see if I could be refunded the remaining 42.70 on my certificate, as I have no idea how to contact this person. Thank you for your help.
