Right now not to much seeing there is problems that need correcting and goat will not contact us. Our home owners insurance is threatening to cancel if not corrected. The roof is not even a year old.

No mess left behind and no damage to my flowers. I am completely satisfied and will definitely refer Goat Roofing and Restoration.

Warren contacted us about a free inspection and showed us with detailed pictures the condition of our roof. The company worked with our insurance company to get a new roof installed. The workers were very professional and addressed all our concerns. We were worried our landscape would be affected by the work but it was not because of the attention to detail the company took to prevent any problems.

Knowledgeable and courteous, these people deliver on what they promise. They coordinated with my insurance company to identify damage to my roof, and got me qualified for roof replacement payment. The roofing crew showed up before 7 am, and finished installing 18 square of shingles plus sheathing plus tear off before 5 pm! They laboriously dragged magnets around the house perimeter to remove stray nails. My property was left in the same condition and rubbish free upon completion. Roof installation was impeccable, with attention paid to flashing around chimneys.

I am very happy and grateful for Brian in helping us get our roof and siding replaced. I really appreciate Brian for helping work things out with the insurance. He was really communicative with us and constantly kept us updated throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Brian and GOAT Roofing!

Goat came out in June 2023, had me open an insurance claim as they guaranteed me a new roof. The adjuster came out quick wrote everything up. I provided Goat with everything and recieved no response for weeks. Finally they reached out and said they was on it. Again weeks later nothing. I left a review and ****** ***** contacted me through email that some night. He told me the other guys was no longer part of the company and he would personally take care of me. I sent him everything from the adjuster. ****** came out took a look and a sample. About a week later ****** calles to let me know the color was still being made. Trust him he has other ways of getting a damaged roof repaired and covered by insurance. Four months later and no response. I've updated my review, text, emailed and even left a response on a recent post on Goats Facebook page. Nothing I just want my roof back to the way it was before I started dealing with this company. Seems like since the color is still made ****** and his company want nothing to do with it. Now my insurance is going to go up because of the claim I opened based off their professional opinions. What a joke, waste of time and energy. Run away from this company contact Able or Newman Roofing companies. These companies have been around and hold honesty and integrity as true value not just a BS sales pitch.

I worked with GOAT Roofing after my Father passed and Brian was very responsive, professional and timely. Brian kept us informed of the time the work would be started and completed. In this age when there are so many scams, it was refreshing to not be left feeling taken advantage of. My Real rating is 10 of 10. But remember, a rain day is a delay day for roofing. ??

I have to admit when I first met these gentlemen from GOAT roofing I was highly skeptical. ***** and **** made big promises. I thought they were big talkers but I made the decision to replace my roof. These men came thru on every promise and more. They helped with all the insurance paperwork. The roof Is great. They are men of their word. I am a highly satisfied customer.
