Neighbors BEWARE! This company will use your private lane/personal yard as their personal turn around/driveway WITHOUT your permission. They will leave extensive ruts, holes and kill your grass. The best partwe didnt even hire them or use their services! Our neighbors did! Yet we have a damaged yard now that they refuse to fix.I called their company to let them know what happened and requested someone come fix the damage. The lady who answered the phone screamed into the phone, WERE WORKING and then hung up on me. She then proceeded to turn the phone lines off so no one could call back. ***** suggested we ask our neighbors to fix the damage they did to our yard. He proceeded to make jokes and tell us to call Sheriff **********. The only joke in this matter are the insanely rude lady who thinks its appropriate to scream at people on the phone and hang up on them and ***** who wants to have other people fix his companys poor decisions. Completely unprofessional company imo. I would NEVER in a million years speak or treat people like these two did. Ever. Absolutely horrible. I dont know why you as a business owner would think its ok to damage someones personal property, suggest someone else pay to fix it, makes jokes about it or scream at them on the phone when they call to have it fixed. These people should be mortified of the way they treat people.
