I requested for my membership to be canceled. I received an email back from the owner telling me to send more information to help resolve the issue. I was then charged again for a membership. I reached out again, saying I asked for my membership to be canceled. I received an email back stating I ignored the email about sending information to resolve my issue and wouldn’t be getting my money back.Customer response

I am unable to find a phone number for the company, but I am able to provide a receipt with an address.Business response

Even though the customer did not reply to our support team to proceed with the cancellation prior to renewal of recurring subscription, we have went ahead and refunded the charge as shown in the screenshot attached.
