Horrible Customer Service. I found a new Toyota Tacoma on Cargurus from Jeff Wyler of Springfield, OH. We inquired about the truck and got an email response. They were supposed to give us a call which they did not. The next day November 1st I called their office and spoke to a female associate. I gave her the stock number and told her I just received another email that the truck went up to $38,998.00. The previous email from a 3rd party (********) gave a list price of $37,998.00. We told her we were fine with the $38,998.00. She said they would stand by that price but she would have to have an ****** ****** get back with us to see how he'd trade for our current vehicle. No one ever called us back. Monday morning I get a text message that the truck is still available but the price is now $48,998.00. I explained the previous emails and the call to the female associate but this guy **** ******* states he's the general sales manager and says that the price that the website and the 3rd party website and the female associate gave us was in fact the wrong price. He stated that he has no record of a call being logged about the vehicle on November 1st. I sent him a screenshot of my call log where we had talked for 5 minutes and 45 seconds. He had no response whatsoever. I didn't hear from him again. Obviously they realized they had made a mistake on the pricing and even though I have a screenshot of their website and the 3rd party website with the $37,998.00 and $38,998.00 and a screenshot of my call log where I in fact did speak to them and they confirmed the price of $38,998.00 they refused to stand by that price. They lack ethics and good business practices. From their not returning calls to no one being on the same page. To not standing by the price when it was their mistake to begin with. I would NOT suggest anyone buy from a dealership that doesn't stand by their word. They obviously don't stand by their word or other staff members.

The service manager and sale manager are rude and smug. I spent thousands of dollars with thier service department and they broke my motor mounts. And act like it was normal for my motor to jerk back and forth when putting it in gear after they did front end work on my vehicle.I had problems with them before and should have known better than to go back. I was told by people to stay away from them and to drive to toyota in dayton if I was going to get work done at a dealership. I know I complained alot to them about issues but my vehicle wasn't fixed right. They just wanted to say your vehicle is old it's a 2009 Toyota avalon limited with 164000 miles. Well if it's to old then don't do any work on older vehicles . I know they wanted my money and they got it .They also wanted to say I drive a 100 mph.Thats because I took it on a test drive with the service manager and I asked him about vibrations I was feeling at 70 mph and I said you want me to go faster and he said go as fast as you want I went to 90 mph. After that he documented I speed around in a old vehicle with high mileage he got me on that used it against me. They told toyota brands that they told me to stay away from thier dealership after me complaining. I was never told to stay away the last interaction I had with them is when they told me my motor was normal going into gear. They keep sending me emails for services and to trade my car in and also by mail I know it's automated messages but really every time I get one I just shake my head two deffernt mechanics confirmed the motor mounts were broken if I would have known thier was a chance they could get broken when they done the work I would have told them to replace them that wouldn't have been a problem I was already spending alot I complained to thier corporate after toyota brands told me what they said never heard back from them and don't expect to their's not enough space here too explain everything I went through in the past with them on other issues

Buyer beware, all they do is try to rip you off. I was drug on for almost 3 days trying to buy a car from these people from out of state. I was repeatedly told that I had to constantly be pushed to the back of the line so to speak because I wasn't there ''in person.'' I was even sarcastically asked when I could make there in person in order to get the deal done (after telling them multiple times I could not just fly to Ohio). On top of this, I was quoted $5,000 to have the car transported a few states away. To compare, a couple months prior to this I bought a car from 13 hours away (twice as far away as this dealer), and from first phone call to the sale being completed was MAYBE a total of 90 minutes. The car was transported overnight to me for a fraction of what this place "quoted." They just try to rip you off, the salesmen are rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. The business is unethical.
