I've never in my life dealt with such a terrible dealership. This is coming from someone that when they were ***** had to deal with buy here, pay here dealerships. It's honestly incredible how poor they are at this. They hardly ever answer their phone and when they do they'll just forward you to someone's voicemail, even managers, whom will never even call you back. I've even tried their contact us form on their website... *crickets*. If they fail to answer a third party answering service will then answer on the dealerships behalf. Yes, the type you're imagining: a call center somewhere in ******Our purchased vehicle there had to be serviced by a third party and not once were we ever updated on its status. Not once. Even after the repairs were delayed. We had to hound and I mean hound sales people at the dealership via calls and text messages just to get an answer. Which I feel absolutely terrible about but that's what it'd take to get an answer. It's so bad we had to just give up and begin communication with the third party doing the repairs directly. They'll promise the world and say everything you want to hear. Like, "The repair will only take one day". Then never update you that it's going to take a week. Which is fine. Stuff happens but at least update us. You get updated by the third party, return the courtesy. They'll say things like, "We'll pay the last monthly payment on your leased vehicle for you". Just to get you to sign. Here we are over a month after purchase still without a check. So this month we need to make three car payments, pay for insurance for three vehicles because we couldn't return our lease early as planned, using their supposed check. Any other time I've received any kind of check from a dealership it's usually sent next day to my house. I've honestly just never had to deal with a dealership this terrible before.Review from Monir M

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from Volkswagen Streetsboro. I recently purchased a 2015 *** X5 for $17,000, but it was missing floor mats and a second key fob. Despite being promised by the manager that one of these items would be replaced, I was only provided with cheap, rubber floor mats purchased from **** for $69.I had specifically requested that the key fob be replaced, as it was more important to me, but this request was ignored. I feel disrespected and frustrated that my concerns were not taken seriously, especially considering the amount of money I spent on the vehicle.Review from Nisey B

This dealership sold me lemon poor customer services! After calling to get work done.My car has been in shop every month since December 2023 its now May 2024. Mangers and other associates are very dehumanizing, Racial injustice at the all time high and accountability zero. Communication is lacked. Priorities and customer satisfaction zero. No one ever takes responsibility and no one can ever help! Very displeasing, customer services reps are thrown into everything when management neglects customer/consumer concerns. Yesterday, I had the displeasure of dealing with Volkswagen of Streetsboro after my daughter called in distress, reporting a flat tire and their insistence on new tires for her relatively new car with ****** miles. ******* their attempt to sell me on a tire promotion, I was frustrated by their lack of clarity and the absurdity of the situation. After a lengthy conversation with their service department, ********************* eventually informed me that the tire damage was repairable, contradicting their earlier recommendation to replace all four tires and perform an alignment for nearly $1800. It's unacceptable how they tried to exploit a young driver. The actual cost for a simple patch was only $30. Shame on Volkswagen of Streetsboro for their predatory practices.Review from Sam R

Buying a car from here has absolutely been one of the worst experiences I've had in my life. The maintenance crew left the cap off the coolant reservoir so when I bought it and drove it home, the car gave a warning that "engine damage was possible". After Several attempts to call I was told by the manager to use another car to buy coolant to fill and was never reimbursed. I then found a leftover tracking device in the trunk. I'm still having issues getting a title and it's been over 80 days since the sale. I went from driving a car that I love to not wanting to put any miles on it after not knowing where we stand. I do not recommend anyone buy from this or their parent company, North Coast Auto Mall.Review from Deeanna B

Awful service, and worse knowledge of what they are doing. We went there to see a used car the last week of Dec. we were able to look at it but could not test drive it because a light was on the dash, so we told them we wanted the car contingent on a test drive, they said no problem they would do the repair and call was when it was done and in the meantime the car would be removed from the website well it was not removed not even from their own website. It took them over a week for the repair, I called them back and finally they said the car was repaired but to wait until tomorrow so they could test drive it and make sure all was good and so they could detail it, ( which they did not do before placing it for sale). We test drove the car and had to bring it back immediately because there was a problem with the brakes ( so much for test driving it after repairs). They did replace the rotors and we brought the car home that night. Then the next day during the day light my husband had to detail the car because they did not. so many other things including now we have been waiting 40 days for tags and still do not have them.Review from Rod S

Charged me more for the car than what it was online. Then added 15k in warranties and add one they claimed necessary for me to get a better rate. Hid dings and dents and damage to inside drivers window as well as paint run behind the drivers door. Wheel lug lock missing as well as jack from the tool kit and was unable to get the wheel and tire off so had to tow to a real dealership for bmw to be assisted. Pretty scammy dealership. Do not recommend.Review from Laura a

Terrible dealership, a lot of fast talking..sold us a 12,000 dollar vehicle which within a months time needed 3000.00 dollars worth of work..gaureentee inspection, I seriously doubt..even the dip stick was broke. Please save your time and money and go somewhere far away from this dealership.Review from Adam F

BUYERS BEWARE! Horrible dealership. This is an incredibly scammy dealership. They will try to take complete advantage of you, run your credit, and waste your time. They agreed to a $1000 discount that they backed out on. Then they agreed to a $500 discount, but added $500 to the processing fees to get out of paying that. They also added a $1698 fee for a service contract aka warranty that wasnt ever mentioned so expect to pay more than the advertised price even if they say they will take money off the purchase price.I worked with ******, the finance manager. Hes a real piece of work and has absolutely no problem lying to customers. I was approved for a lower financing percentage through **** of America, which is one of the banks they work with. ****** said he could match my rate but conveniently after talking to B of A, he said they would no longer be able to offer the lower rate because of a sales tax discrepancy. That doesnt even make sense. Why would higher or lower sales tax result in an increased interest rate, so I called **** of America and they said it was no problem at all. I was locked in at the lower rate for 30 days and that it sounded like the dealership was playing games. **** of America sent the approval letter over and then ****** and the ** decided to walk from the deal if I was going to use my own financing instead of their inflated financing rates. These people count on their customers being incompetent and will try to pull a fast one over on you more than one way. Stay away. Take your business elsewhere. They dont deserve it!All of that and I didnt even mention that they hid the Carfax because the car went 20k miles and 3 years without any reported oil change. Shame on them.Review from Noelle H

They forgot to get my bank information and also told me that a letter will come in the mail for me to connect my bank account and send payments. Since they forgot to get my bank information the day of the sale, I was never able to give them my down payment. They called me in the middle of the day and lectured me about how I didnt answer their previous calls (which I never received any or I would have answered). After being rude to me on the phone they then told me I have to pay today either in person or over the phone or they wont transfer my title in my name (I also was driving the car around while not being in my name which I didnt know about). I live over an hour away and had work in 2 hours so I could not go into the dealership to pay, nor is that fair for me to waste time and money due to their mistake. So I had to pay over the phone and due to being over the phone there was a 3 percent fee which I had to pay again DUE to their mistake of not getting my bank information day off. I tried to call them to get compensation for their mistake and all they gave me was excuses, excuses doesnt make up the fact that I lost money due to their mistake, human or not, I lost money due to them.
