I was quoted an agreed price of $7,347.00 or $8,363.09 financed over 5 years at zero percent interest for a furnace installation . I dealt with the salesman, Todd, that advised the finance company ,Wells Fargo, told him to complete the paperwork showing the entire amount was due now instead of over the 5 years. I feel that company used "bait and switch" tactics to sell the furnace. I want the company to adjust the billing to reflect the accurate amount of $7,347.00 payable over 5 years at zero percent interest and credit my account for the difference of $1,016.09. Please see attachments: Exhibit A. installation quote dated 6/29/22 showing the total due is $7,347.00. Exhibit B. The salesman went over this several times before the job that the total due of $7347.00 was the “Cash or Discounted Price” and the finance price is $8363.09. This is all clearly identified on the contract (Exhibit A) which was presented and signed by the customer well before we even started the job. He also signed Exhibit “B” before the job which clearly states the financed price. We also had further communication from this customer from before the job explaining this many times. In light of all of this we are currently in the process of working with the finance company to resolve this situation even though there is no fault to us.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I reject the response from Strongsville H&C because I have been trying to resolve this issue since August 2022 and keep getting the run around from them. Now Strongsville is telling me the same thing I was told previously when I first mentioned the discrepancy. I request a resolution to my complaint within the next 14 days from Strongsville H&C. Simply saying they will follow up with Wells Fargo is not a sufficient resolution.
