A pair of jeans were ruined and Jim agreed to replace the jeans and did not remember several conversations we had. Decided to no longer replace the jeans he initially took responsibility forBusiness response

As I explained to Mr. ***** the care label was followed on how to properly care for the garment. They were processed on November 10th of 2023. We can only trust that the manufacturer of the garment has properly labeled the correct cleaning instructions. If there is anyone to blame it is the manufacturer. I am also a consumer and can appreciate his frustration but I cant be held financially responsible for the mistakes of others.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
The business owner agreed to reimburse me for the jeans and told me that he would use the jeans as an experimental pair and explore some things with it. The owner has no recollection of either two of our phone calls. The first call where he agreed to replace them, and the second call where he provided his email to forward over the receiptThe fact that the owner denies personally providing his email ever speaking to me shows to how little credibility the business has
