I want your guidance on filing a complaint with Ed's Heating and Cooling. They came to fix a leak from my air conditioner. Charged me $510.85. Still leaking. Called them back the next day because it was leaking more AFTER they worked on it. Told me I'd have to pay another $1,100 to HOPEFULLY fix the problem. I didn't want to give them any more money since they hadn't done anything the first time! They made me pay them even though they had done NOTHING to fix the problem. Their trip charge is supposedly $120. THAT is what I should have paid. I called another Heading and Air company (Integrity Heating and Air) they came out fixed the problem in no time for $340 and I am grateful for that because I had water EVERYWHERE from Ed's Heating and Cooling. I believe they owe Me $390.85. I want to make a complaint against Ed's Heating and Cooling located in **** ****. Please advise me how I can do that. Thank you, ********* *****Business response
