We contracted with Buckeye Tree Service in January to remove a tree and stump from *** ******** ****** Tipp City, OH *****. We paid in full for this service. The tree was removed in February but the ***** said that it was too wet to remove the stump. I would be removed at a later date. We have tried many times to reschedule the stump removal and he never shows up when he sets a date. Now, he will no longer take our calls or return messages. The tree stump is now sprouting new growth because it has not been removed as we had requested and paid for this service. All we want is for the stump to be removed at this point.Customer response

Thank you for your help. I know you said that you have not been able to reach this business bu,t he responded to us the same day we turned this over to the BBB. I believe that the only reason he replied to our text messages is that you had tried to contact him. This would not have been complete without the intervention by the Better Business Bureau.
