  1/10/22 this business in house tow company o&d towing stole my car from my back yard on 1/11/22 I called around to find out that they scrapped my car of its parts without checking the vin make the model color no title no key nothing they claim they through all my belongs in the garbage which I find hard to believe and when they knew i was going to the police they called them first and stated to them they did it by accident this company can go around and take your car and all your belongings and claim it was a mistake but already strip it of the belongings in the catalytic converter engine all the parts that matter without even verifying they have the right car and simply tell the police oh it was by mistake I went to the police station on 1/13/22 where they stated this was a civil matter because the company admitted fault i am without my car that meant so much to me because of them im without all my belonging because of these people I can't even figure out how I will get to work back and forth because of this company I have to go through all this while they go through nothing

  I'M SORRY FOR WHAT HAPPENED WITH ******,WE USE THIRD TOW COMPANIE, WE GIVE THEM THE ADRESS AND THEY WENT TO A DIFFERENT ADRESS AND THEY PICKUP THE WRONG CAR,A&S AUTO SALVAGE LLC,HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH OD TOWING FOR PICKING UP A WRONG VEHICLE,WE ARE APOLOGIZED FOR WHAT HAPPENED BUT THIS IS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH OUR COMPANIE,OD TOWING SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT ERROR,FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME FOR ANY OTHER QUESTION,THANK YOU

  they did this to my car on top of taking parts that they can resell without verifying my car this was my my first car that my granny pulled money together to get me without a car note so it very much a car I was going to drive til I couldn't and it had nothing major wrong with it all cosmetic and get me through every season so yes o&d may have towed the wrong car but a&s auto salvage is very much responsible for it being destroyed

  they gave the guy the information and still allowed him to bring my car on their property without correctly identifying if the car was the correct car they did not tell him that is the wrong car they did not match a title to a vin they did nothing that they job would consist of them doing they did not care. This company proceeded to destroy my car of it parts with busted windows and missing things to solely put what happened to my car on the tow company they called and payed is ridiculous the tow truck company did not destroy my car they did and had they did they job and actually verified the car before touching it the tow company could of simply righted they wrong by returning my car but since there was no car to return that is drivable it was simply nothing he could do and for both parties to simply take my car and to do what they did without no consequences and I have to pay for this everyday is beyond me but until something happens to this company about just destroying cars without properly identify them let's me know they do this all the time and get away with it.
