Broken lights on deck, which they finished after dark so I didn't notice anything wrong until the next morning. Boards on deck are uneven cutting and one edge board isn't secured. They asked to use two sockets from my husband which they didn't give back. Also took all the clips to hold the deck boards together. Didn't s**** in the screws all the way in the steps they replaced. The railing on the deck that they replaced is broken in spots. Never told me that anything was broken.Business response

The business called the consumer several times to work this out however the consumer didn't answer the phone. Due to the expenses the business occurred for this job, i.e. pay wages for 2 employees and rent a truck he can't afford to refund the entire amount. He's willing to refund the consumer 1/2 of the amount paid, $310.00.
