Today I went to monster resale on ***** *** gave them $520 to deliver hook up and take my old stove away. The employee there said that they do that and will be at my house by 11:00 am They never show up so I went there to demand my money back and they said no refunds so I said just deliver it she said they would call me 30 minutes before they came So I went to a store on the other side of town then she called I said I would be there then she said we only deliver and take your old stove away. I said that is not what you're employee said to me earlier she argued with me and said that they don't hook up stoves. I said I will be up there. When I got there she was gone but he was there so I asked him why did he lie he said I wasn't going to say that in front of her I might loose my job. I said but you told me that you or your boss would hook it up he said I thought they were going to send me to deliver your stove and I was going to hook it up but they won't let me leave the store. All the time I am recording the conversation. He lied and I still have no stove and out of $520.00 dollars.
