June 2021 I paid Shay Carpet $6,372.00 for new carpet and instillation. In December 2021 I noticed the carpet was not installed properly at various thresholds. The carpet was cut too short and does not meet the thresholds. I have returned to the Perrysburg location, where I bought the carpet, and gave the sales staff pictures of the carpet that must be repaired. The sales associate, who is the son of the owner of Shay's, sent the pictures to his dad. He said his dad would get in touch with me. I have gone back every month since and the same thing, I give the pictures to the son and he sends to his dad and nobody has contacted me.Customer response

In April 2021, I contracted with **** to complete a remodel of my kitchen and dining room, including cabinets and flooring. They subcontracted the cabinets to REgal cabinets in Holland. I have discovered several flaws in the work. The laminate is pealing away from the counter top at the sink and also tiny chips in the laminate. the backsplash behind the sink has pulled away from the wall. I have contacted Joe **** 4 times about this and he referred me to REgal cabinets. Joe **** was the contractor. I have tried to call REgal cabinets several times and they never answer the phone number i was given. Also I was stupid for accepting this but I was given a price, then when the time came to pay the bill 10% was added without any explanation. I had to keep asking for a receipt. When he gave me the receipt, it was just a price without any detail. I want what is flawed to be replaced.Customer response

I contacted the company Regal cabinet who made the cabinets and was told they are out of business. I have not heard from **** Flooring at all.
