      I placed an order with them several months ago, I never got my products. They don't answer the phone, they don't return emails. I'm not even sure at this point if they're even open, but they're taking your money for sure. If their business is still open, probably the worse customer service ever. Beware! Possibly a scam.

      I paid $291.68 for a variety of glider items and accessories on 6/22/2021. I understand delays, but it's been 11 months. I no longer want these items as I have given up on their products coming. I would like my money back. I tried calling and texting and emailing and posting on their ********, to no avail. I have bought other products now, since it was going to partially be a Christmas gift.

      I placed an order in Dec 17 2020 for $118.00 for my gliders excersice toys. Contacted them numerous times by phone left messagescs, sent emails and not one time have they made any attempt to respond!!! I just called every voice mail box the have it is Feb 05 2022 all voice mails are full!!! The animals need these toys for their health ! I read it was up to 14 days for shipping and that's all I seen ! I really need these toys but at this point just give me a refund and I will buy else where it make them myself!!! I would say horrible customer service but truth is there us abso!th No Customer Service at All .

      So what happens if they don't respond ?? I have also sent several messages through Facebook even this morning and still no response. My gliders really need these exercise toys or I need my money back to purchase have the toys somewhere else. Thank you for your help. My kids have waited over 2 months fir these toys so they can play with the gliders. 118.00 is alot of money for pet toys at Christmas time but these are nit just toys the gliders need these as an essential to their health and exercise. They pretty much have to stay in their cage most of the time with out these toys! It's sad ths company knows how sensitive these Lil exotic pets are a d the care they require and they are o e of the only companies that make these toys fir them. From the reviews it looks like they take advantage of that. Thank you again

      Hi I wanted to send you what spin one has lusted for shipping time on their web page 14 to 21 days for shipping time I ordered on Dec 18th. It is very misleading . I understand it takes time to make these toys but they will not respond at all to even updated customers on the status of orders. They are one if the only companies who make these special toys. I originally requested refund but really I would just like the items I ordered my gliders cream my need these items. Have you heard anything from spin one ? Thank You

      I ordered a wheel on December 17, 2021. I never got an email confirmation, and my payment was processed/funds were withdrawn immediately. My account shows the order, but no update or if it's even being processed. It's been 7 weeks and still nothing. They're not responding to my messages either. I would like some help with this problem, please.

      I placed an order through spin zone on 7/24/21 (order # ********) and have yet to receive any updates on the status of my order. I have placed 3 customer support requests through their website, emailed multiple times, and repeatedly tried calling the company number with no response. I even tried to directly contact the company owner through Facebook, but again, no response. I feel like there is nothing more I can do to attempt to initiate contact - I've waited nearly 6 months for my order and would like for it to be shipped immediately, or receive a full refund.
