Approximately 6 weeks ago, I received a letter in the mail asking me to complete a questionnaire. The letter stated they would send me a pre-arrangement / final wishes book if I completed it.. I completed the questionnaire and mailed it. On April 9, 2024 I received a phone call from Witzler-Shank, asking me to set up a time when they could have one of their employees come out to my house and go over a pre-arrangement funeral costs, etc etc. I told the lady on the phone, the letter stated if I completed the questionnaire I would receive the organizer as a gift, I also told her if I would have known the requirement was to have someone come to my house before they would give me my gift I would not have completed it. Once again the lady said that is not how they do it. I told the lady they were very misleading and only wanted to sell me something. Seems they only care about their sales. I am quite sure their funeral home is a wonderful place to have a funeral but you don't offer something then take it back when I said I do not want someone coming over.Customer response

This email is to confirm this complaint has been resolved. The Witzler-Shank funeral home has done what they said they would do and sent me my package. Please **** this as complete. Any questions please feel free to contact me.
