Charged me for a service that he didn’t even do…claims he fixed my truck charged me $1600 and still did not fix anythingBusiness response

******** came in claiming his transmission was not going into gear, we found his main engine hose was leaking all air out, once we replaced said hose, two other air leaks popped up and we fixed. We test drove the truck for 30 minutes without issue. The next day, ******** calls us screaming saying his truck isn't fixed, and he is broke down at a dock. We offered to come out free of charge and do the repair for free if it is something we did wrong. ******** then says it is a lockdown facility, and Tow trucks and repair vehicles are not allowed. We called the dock and said that was a lie, that they have no restrictions. We asked if ********** company/vehicle was on the premises and they say no, we then asked if ********** company is on the manifest, and they said no. We go to the dock, and ******** is not there, and claimed a tow truck came and got him, from company **** ******", we called *** ******* and their number is disconnected, and the business has been closed for years. We told ******** we need to have the truck in front of us to make sure our work is okay, or if there is a issue with our work, we would give him a refund. Instead of bringing the vehicle in, he is leaving multiple fake reviews from accounts he is making on our Google profile, even fraudulently using the owners name to make an account and write a fake review. We have told ******** we have no problem returning the money, but we need to look at the vehicle to make sure it isn't our work that failed. Instead, he calls us screaming and cussing, calling us racists because we want to look at the truck first, demanding a refund, and refusing to let us look at the truck. He has not responded to any of our attempts to communicate with him, he has not sent a diagnostic report showing an issue with the truck, instead he is demanding a refund without cause and harassing us.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.
The reply was false and not correct. I reached out to him many times and have a phone log to show. The issue happened 20 min after picking up the truck not the next day. Driver was on the phone as well and witnessed it all happening and can be brought in third party as proof
attached pictures show the terrible quality work as it all tangled around the drive shaft due to poor worksmanship.

Attached picture shows all the electrical and airlines that they so called “reworked” as you can tell there older lines and if they did they didn’t tie them back up in the right area as it’s mangled all over the drive shaft causing serious mechanical and labor work as well as the call log showing how many times I tried to reach out and got yelled, harassed, cussed at and hung up in my face

Thank you for the picture! We did not touch that area of the truck at all, look next to your engine air compressor, (in the motor bay), and you will see the new stainless steel braided line coming off the compressor going into the air dryer. Once again, ALL WORK WAS DONE IN THE FRONT OF THE TRUCK, NEXT TO THE AIR COMPRESSOR, WE DID NOT TOUCH THESE LINES AT ALL. You are complaining to us about another shops repair.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ** ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.
Instead of a resolution they have prank called multiple times, have called on private numbers threatening me, proof was submitted. Rather I gave them a way to resolve this issue and instead they decided to insult and cuss at me. They have not done any work they have stated. I asked for proof of the work they have done and none has been provided.
