      I purchased a table and four chairs March 11, 2022. Jason called me Wednesday October 5, 2022 to set up the delivery for Saturday October 8, 2022. At no time did Jason tell me the chairs were not included with the delivery and ONLY the table was delivered. When I called the store I was informed by Lou I was at the top of the list. I was told that a month ago. Whenever you call for a status they tell you the Amish don't have phones and they will call back with an update. Not once was I called back. It's been seven months and I believe they are not going to fulfill the order without your intervention.

      We are looking into the status of Mr. *******'s order. At the time he placed his order he was told that the order time was 20-30 Weeks. We delivered his table on Saturday 10/8/22. The fabric for his chairs are on back order and I am arranging to give him loaner chairs in the mean time. Not sure why he has chosen to file a complaint but he did tell my delivery team that he hoped that my warehouse manager would die in a car accident. He also verbally attacked his salesperson on the phone. I will get his order completed and will never deal with Mr. ******* again.

      I am rejecting this response because: My complaint centered on why I was not told the chairs would not be included with the delivery of the table. I was never offered the option of taking delivery of just the table without the chairs.  The deceptive sales practice and never receiving a call back for a status is why I filed the complaint. I understand the contract states 5 to 7 1/2 months to have the product delivered. Rest assured I will never deal with this business again.

      This could go on for quite a while. The order as of today is complete. In regards to status updates, we do not get regular updates from any of our crafters besides there general order times which we pass on to the customer at the time the order is placed. It was unfortunate that the chairs were not ready for delivery on Sat. 10/8. The chairs were delivered on Thursday 10/13.
