I am being billed for date 12-7-2021. I called the provider to inquire and was told the Insurance had reprocessed the claim and recouped the pymt. I called the Ins. And was told the claim had not been reproc. And there was no recoupment. The insurance called the provider with me on the line and the billing rep. Refused to provide me and the Ins. With the new EOB showing why I am being billed after 3 years, the Rep. hung up on us after we had been holding for over 45 mins. They are trying to bill me $114.42 after 3 years. The Ins rep said they cannot bill me after this long and shows no record of any new claim and that the provider has to provide me with the new EOB.Business response

This has been fixed as of 1/8/2024. Anthem paid twice and then did a take back of $114.42 in 2022. Then Anthem did another take back of $114.32 in late 2023, not knowing we already refunded them $114.32. Your do not owe COPC any balance on this claim as there is no patient liability. Our system shows zero balance for you on this claim.

I was sent to collentions for $120 for a TD vaccine a got on 07/13/23 But I never got a bill from the provider, only from collections. My insurance, **************** ******** ********* *******, says that it is covered and I don't need to pay anything, but Central Ohio Primary Care says that I have to pay $120 and they sent me to Collections! I called them several times. It takes 30 mins of waiting and after that they do not offer any help, just insist that it was not covered by the insurance! My insurance insist that it is covered but they did not get the bill from the provider! They also told me that they are not alout to send my a bill directly without sending it to them first!Business response
