      Very much pleased with the product as well as the delivery speed and communications. While there are several businesses that distribute supplies for spas, few have stock, reasonable pricing and quick shipping coupled together to make it easy. LTW does it well.

      DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU DEAL WITH THEIR SHOWROOM IN COLUMBUS! I should have looked at these reviews. They screwed up every step of the way. I ordered an H2X Trainer Series swimspa that itself was almost $40K and an additional $10K for electrical and concrete work to prepare for it. I received the wrong color, and they made no adjustment for that. Then I ordered a hydrolic cover lift. They sent ony one person out who could not do the job. I had to wait another week to get a 2 person team to do the install. Mind you that it is a 2 hour drive to Columbus. They installed the hydrolic assist for the cover, and installed it incorrectly. as a result it tore the cover. It is one poor service issue after another. STAY AWAY!

      I bought a hot tub at their tent sale October 27th 2018 and anytime I need to order product like right now I need a new cover lift and cover there's no answer. I talked to a guy a few days ago said he'd get back never did so I called again got no answer.

      Please see a letter addressed to the factory regarding *** ********. I feel the letter covers our response. Noah, Regarding *** **** *********s spa, serial number ******** please be advised of the following: 1. Mr. ******** appears to not be pleased with our service. 2. I called Mr. ******** personally today and asked him why he was compelled to write the Cleveland BBB about our company. After our conversation, that was relatively pleasant, I remain unclear as to any specific reason for his letter. A complaint that Mr. ******** had was that we were unresponsive but in fact, Mr. ******** also said he was calling a telephone number to contact us that turned out to be his electrician. 3. Given that we appear to be unable to satisfy Mr. ********, my recommendation to Mr. ******** was to contact a different service provider to handle his hot tub needs. 4. Interestingly enough, we had just provided Mr. ******** a "quote" to repair damage from a regional storm, again being confused as to how we were not handling his issues appropriately.       Bought a Sauna from Leisure Time Warehouse on Sat 3-18-23. I asked if they had them available and was told yes they had them in boxes. After the sale was made I asked to take it with me and was told they are in the warehouse and could not take it that day. I was told I would get a call Monday morning to set up a delivery and finalize the sale. I did not get a call. I finally called at 1:16pm and left a message to call me. I received a call from Makenzie at 3:08pm and was told there was a problem with the finance company and they were not able to run the transaction and also Greensky (finance co) needed to talk to me. She said she would have her boss call me and let me know what was going on. I did not get a call. I called again on Tues 3-21-23 at 12:49pm and was put on hold for 12 minutes and finally hung up and called back only to get voice mail again. I left a message stating my displeasure and someone needing to call me back. I also galled Greensky and was told there was no issue and that the retailer has made no attempt to make the transaction. It appears they have little to NO customer service and I now do not feel comfortable doing business with a company that does NOT return calls or stand behind what they tell me.

      In 35 years of owning this company, there has been only one other time that I have to shout out about a customer's complaint ... this is the second. Mr. **** did not decide to NOT do business with my company, it was we that decided not to do business with Mr. ******. His aggressive, obnoxious behavior, his disrespect and his lack of understanding of his financing arrangements, which had NOTHING to do with our company, created a situation and environment that was unacceptable. Mr. ******* although I regret your displeasure, please shop elsewhere. Ted ******* President

      Thank you for showing your true character with your false response. I know what transpired and I will place no more of my energy in this matter. Your assistant also knows this response is not true, I would absolutely take a polygraph test.

      The buying process was easy and not a pressured situation. The hot tub was delivered today, kudos to the Tre and his crew for the delivery, set up and explanation of first steps. Time will tell as the water is just beginning to flow for fill up. Up to this point, been impressed with the adventure.

      Do not buy from them their customer service sucks. I have a broken hottub. Purchased in March and they refuse to call me back to get it fixed.
